Eric A Putterman, MD
Fellow of the AAOS Sports Medicine
Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon
I have been practicing Orthopedic Surgery in the community for 30 years. My undergraduate years were spent at Duke University. I attended medical school at The Mount Sinai School of Medicine and did my orthopedic and sports medicine fellowship training at NYU-Bellevue Medical Center. I am fellowship trained in Sports Medicine and arthroscopic techniques. Over the years I have strived to provide my patients with the best possible care. My philosophy has always been to treat people the way my family or I would want to be treated.
On a personal note, when I’m not working, I live locally with my wife and my black Labrador retriever, Maggie. She and I like to jog around the neighborhood. Our son, daughter-in-law and daughter are off doing their own things. I am one of the founding members of our Chabad Jewish Learning Center where I continue to search for answers to the riddles of the universe.
